Former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner could be the last in line of big-name players to move to China.
The experienced 30-year-old Denmark international is a target for Beijing Guoan who are pondering a lucrative offer for the Rosenborg man before the Chinese transfer window closes on Wednesday.
Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet claims that Beijing Guoan manager Roger Schmidt is personally trying to persuade Bentdner to join the Chinese Super League outfit this winter.
Beijing Guoan are reportedly prepared to offer Bendtner a significant upgrade to his current wage package which would see him pocket his current annual pay at Rosenborg within a month over in China.
Bendtner is on a contract with Rosenborg until 2019.
He scored 19 goals in 29 Eliteserien matches for Rosenborg in 2017 and further four in eight Europa League matches for his side this season.
