Belgian First Division: Zulte-Waregem 0 Racing Genk 1

Genk moved to within three points of Belgian First Division leaders Anderlecht with a 1-0 away triumph over Zulte-Waregem on Friday.

Daniel Tozser’s strike on the stroke of half-time was enough for Genk, who posted their 15th win of the season.

Zulte-Waregem remain in 11th place after their loss – their third consecutive defeat in all competitions – at the Regenboogstadion.

They are well clear of the drop zone in the top flight, sitting on 28 points, 15 clear of second-last Lierse, but are just seven points from a top-six berth.
