Competition: World Cup
Market: Belgium and Russia to draw
Odds: 5/2 @ Ladbrokes

Belgium play Russia this evening, with a win likely to put them through to the next round from Group H. They won their opening game 2-1 against Algeria, but it was far from convincing. Russia drew their first group game against South Korea, and tonight’s tie does hang in the balance despite Belgium boasting an incredibly talented side.

Under Marc Wilmots, the Rode Duivels stormed the qualifiers, but were nowhere near their best in their World Cup match which is leading many to believe they could be underwhelming in this summer’s tournament.

Russia, on the other hand, have remained a difficult side to beat under manager Fabio Capello, winning three and drawing one of their games leading up to the World Cup.

So Ladbrokes are giving odds of 5/2 for the two sides to play out a draw this evening, which wouldn’t be good for Russia’s hopes of progressing into the next round, but a result that would likely keep Belgium top of the pack.

Bet: Belgium and Russia to draw in tonight‘s Group H clash @ 5/2 with Ladbrokes >>
