West Ham have offered striker Craig Bellamy a new contract, after having turned down offers from Tottenham and Manchester City for the Wales international.
The Hammers have turned down several offers for the 29-year-old, including a £12million bid from Spurs.
West Ham hopes the contract offer will shake off the interest from Spurs and City.
A West Ham spokesman said: “We can confirm that Craig Bellamy has been offered a new contract. We can also confirm that he has no permission to talk to other clubs, including Spurs and Manchester City.”
West Ham have also turned down bids for Scott Parker from Manchester City and Lucas Neill from Newcastle.
