Portuguese giants Benfica have informed interested sides of their asking price for goalkeeper Ederson, according to Record.
Manchester City and Manchester United are believed to be locked in the battle for the highly rated shot-stopper, and the Eagles seem prepared to negotiate his sale.
It has now been revealed that Benfica want €30 million for their prized asset, which is not that surprising.
Namely, his former club Rio Ave and Gestifute agency still own 30% and 20% respectively of the player’s economic rights, meaning that the Eagles will have to settle for €15 million if their valuation is matched.
Ederson Moraes, 23, joined Benfica two years ago and went on to make 37 Primeira Liga appearances for the club, while featuring in 10 Champions League fixtures.
