France Football understands that Benfica are hot on the trail of Paris Saint-Germain forward Wilfried Kanga.
The 18-year-old has shown a great deal of promise playing for the Saints in the UEFA Youth League, helping the French side reach the final of the competition.
His excellent displays did not go unnoticed as reports from France claim that Benfica are determined to bring the youngster to Estadio da Luz.
Kanga is almost certain to leave the Saints at the end of the season considering that his youth contract has come to an end.
And even though Paris Saint-Germain will be entitled to training compensation, Benfica look set to complete a bargain deal for the talented footballer.
The Saints officials do not seem to believe that the winger has what it takes to succeed at Parc des Princes, and they didn’t exactly put up a fight to keep hold of his services.
