Groningen striker Marcus Berg has revealed that he dreams of one day playing for Spanish giants Barcelona.
Berg has been linked with moves to Dutch giants PSV and Ajax in recent months.
“I’m not sure if I want to play for another Dutch side. I really have to think about it if PSV or Ajax opt to make an offer for me,” Berg told Sportweek.
“I’m not sure about what will happen in the winter. It’s up to Groningen to decide if they want to let me go if a team makes an offer. I definitely want to give it a try if a big club comes up.
“It’s my dream to play for Barcelona. That’s not yet a realistic option, but it’s allowed to have dreams and you’ll never know what happens in the future.”
