Turkish Super Lig outfit Besiktas are set to make an official proposal for Benfica midfielder Talisca.
The 23-year-old has largely impressed since joining the club on a two-year loan and the Black Eagles now hope to make the transfer permanent.
As a result, Besiktas chairman Fikret Orman has secured a €10 million loan in order to try and persuade Benfica into selling, but that will be no easy task.
Namely, the Eagles are not prepared to lower their €25 million asking price, which is stipulated in the buy-out clause.
Talisca has scored impressive 16 goals in 39 Super Lig appearances for Besiktas, while netting another 5 times in 9 Champions League outings.
