Alexis Sanchez continues to lead the scoring charts for Arsenal and will need no reminding about the added value to manager Arsene Wenger of beating Stoke City.
Wenger was subjected to taunts from his own club’s fans after the Gunners lost 3-2 at the Britannia
Stadium at the beginning of December.
With Arsenal outside the top five in the Premier League table and below rivals Tottenham, the pressure remains on Wenger and his players.
