Biava keen on AC Milan move

Genoa defender Giuseppe Biava is keen on a move to AC Milan, according to his agent.

Biava was linked with a swap deal that would involve Brazilian defender Thiago Silva joining Genoa, in the Italian newspaper Tuttosport this morning.

“My cell phone has been ringing incessantly ever since this story was printed,” agent Giorgio Perrelli told Tuttomercatoweb.

“If it was true, we would be very happy. It is just paper talk at the moment, Milan have not called me, nor have they contacted the Grifoni director of sport, but Giuseppe would be very flattered by this reported interest.

“I will have a meeting with the Rossoblù directors this evening, prior to the Coppa Italia game with Inter, and I will definitely ask them about these whispers.”
