Big European clubs want Bergwijn

According to a recent report over in the Netherlands, a series of top European clubs are interested in signing Steven Bergwijn. The 21 year old winger has been turning heads for PSV this season, having been at the club since 2011 at the youth level. PSV are said to be demanding £30 million for his signing when they open themselves up to offers in the summer transfer window, but for now, the interested clubs will have to wait.

Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are all said to be amongst the teams sniffing around, as PSV prepare themselves for a bidding war.

Bergwijn has already been able to establish himself as one of the most exciting young Dutch players in the league, and even received his first official call-ups to the national team last year.

He has an interesting decision on his hands, and it’s one that he needs to get right.
