Competition: Brazil Serie A

Market: Internacional draw no bet

Odds: 5/6 @ 888sport

Looking to extend on their purple patch in midweek, Internacional will make the trip to a struggling America MG on Wednesday night.

Starting with the hosts, eventually suffering last-gasp heartbreak over the weekend as they played out a 2-2 draw away at Goias, America MG are in the midst of an extended rut. Although the Rabbits might have picked up a 2-0 victory against Fluminense on October 9th, it appears that was just a minor boost for Vagner Mancini’s side. Now holding just a three-point buffer from slipping out of the top-12, the former Gremio boss does find some growing pressure on his shoulders. Recording just a single Serie A win from any of their last five attempts, America MG have also shown some extended struggles on home soil. In fact, knowing that they will face a tough ask here, Wednesday’s hosts have lost each of their last three straight domestic contests at the Independencia by a 2-1 scoreline.

As for the visitors, while America MG find themselves enduring a worrying recent wobble, Internacional are enjoying an impressive flurry. Appearing to cruise their way to a silver medal finish this season, Mano Menezes’ side are now unbeaten in each of their previous 13 matchups across all formats. With that stellar run of form stemming all the way back to August 11th, the Reds should be smelling the chance to lay down another marker on Wednesday night. Last seen over the weekend picking up some perfect momentum as they landed a 2-1 victory at home against Ceara, Internacional have also gained a reputation for their rugged displays on the road. Including another 2-1 win away at Atletico Goianiense, the midweek guests are unbeaten on their travels since the start of August.

Bet: Internacional draw no bet against America MG 5/6 for Wednesday’s Brazil Serie A battle @ 888sport
