Battling it out at the top of the table and remarkably sat just three points adrift of climbing to the top of the Serie A standings, the former Flamengo boss should find the mood in his camp at a red-hot high. Extending on their Copa do Brasil adventure last month as they secured a 2-0 win against Criciuma, Bahia have suffered just a single defeat from any of their previous 12 matchups against top-flight opposition – a run that stems all the way back to April 13th.
