Two sides who will be looking to extend on their EFL Trophy adventure on Wednesday night, Colchester will welcome Bristol Rovers to Essex.

Shocking many as they picked up a 1-0 win against promotion contenders Peterborough on home soil, Rovers could be smelling the chance to spring an EFL Trophy upset here. However, with Barton’s side last seen on their travels getting hit with an action-packed 4-2 defeat against Derby on October 29th, neutrals could be treated to another enjoyable affair in Essex.
