Likewise, appearing to be sat in pole position to book their spot in the knockout stage of this year’s Champions League, the former Serie A champions are desperate to reclaim their domestic crown this season. Finding a recent purple patch in the final third, Inter should also be boosted by their most recent trips to Florence. Cliching back-to-back victories at the Stadio Artemio Franchi and unbeaten in their last six visits to Saturday’s hosts, the Nerazzurri should be smelling the chance to lay down another marker here.
