It has been rumoured that Blackburn Rovers have made a modest bid for ValenciaÂ’s winger Joaquin.
The bid is said to be around ₤9.5 million.
Joaquin’s agent is reported to be meeting Valencia’s vice – president today (Tuesday) to discuss Blackburn Rovers’ bid.
