Borussia Dortmund winger Jakub Blaszczykowski is set to join Serie A giants Fiorentina, according to Bild.
The Poland international has found himself on the fringes following the arrival of new coach Thomas Tuchel and he is now set to leave Signal-Iduna Park.
Bild claims that Fiorentina will sign the highly rated footballer on a season-long loan with a purchase option included.
Viola expect Joaquin Sanchez to return to Real Betis and Blaszczykowski seems like a perfect replacement for the Spaniard.
The Polish footballer has spent last eight years at Borussia Dortmund, making 197 Bundesliga appearances and scoring 27 goals in the process.
Blaszczykowski, however, amassed just 29 league outings over the past two years due to numerous injuries and everything suggests he has already played his final game for the club.
The 29-year-old has also lost his place in the Poland national team and only made one substitute appearance in the Euro 2016 qualifying campaign.
