(GSM) – Kevin-Prince Boateng has revealed that he is eagerly looking forward to debut for Ghana against Latvia on Saturday.

The former German youth international is in line for his debut and is desperate to show the coach Milovan Rajevac what he is capable of doing.

“Ghanaian fans can expect that I would be the field and that I would give a 100 per cent for the team and the whole country and I am looking forward to it,” the 23-year-old told KickOffghana.com.

“I feel very good I feel very welcome, they took me in like family and it wasn’t difficult. It was very good. Hans Sarpei has been very helpful because we speak German and he translates a lot of things. I know him since our days in Germany and it was good for me,” he said.

“It was good for me to see how the team acts against Holland and how the coach wants the team to play. It was important for me to see how the team plays and learn from it. I hope I can show the coach on Saturday what I can do and prove that I can fit into the style of play that he wants,” the Pompey midfielder revealed.
