(GSM) – Istanbul giants Besiktas needed a late goal from Bobo to make a difference with Antalyaspor in Saturday’s Super Lig action.
Besiktas earned seven points from their previous three games, including last week’s 1-1 draw at Fenerbahce. Antalyaspor won their last two games and began the week in eighth position.
Brazilian Bobo, who joined Besiktas in the 2005-06 season, put the home side in the lead after 55 minutes at BJK Inönü stadium.
Compatriot Tita equalised seven minutes after the hour but Besiktas had the final say as Bobo netted his second near the end of the match, 2-1.
Super Lig leaders Bursaspor featured in Friday’s only game, beating Bucaspor 1-0 thanks to a 4th-minute goal from Huseyin Cimsir.
