Argentine giants Boca Juniors are interested in signing Sevilla footballers Franco Vazquez and Walter Montoya, according to their chairman.
La Xeneize secured their 32nd league title a month ago and they hope to reinforce their ranks ahead of the start of Copa Libertadores.
The club did well to bring Paolo Goltz and Edwin Cardona to La Bombonera and they are now looking towards Europe.
Boca Juniors president Daniel Angelici has suggested that they are ready to make a move on Sevilla footballers Franco Vazquez and Walter Montoya.
“If Sevilla are open to the sales of Vazquez and Montoya then yes, Boca are interested in both of those players,” Angelici told Radio La Red.
While Franco Vazquez enjoyed a decent debut season, scoring 7 goals and producing 3 assists in La Liga, Walter Montoya started just one game after arriving from Rosario in January 2017.
