Bojan Krkic on Hamburg radar

Italian TV station Sky Sport 24 understands that Hamburger SV are showing interest in Roma forward Bojan Krkic.

The German side could stay without star forward Heung-Min Son in the summer and they believe the Spaniard would be an excellent replacement.

According to Sky Sport 24, HSV officials were in Milan this week to explore the possibility of signing Krkic for the 2013/2014 season.

The 22-year-old is on loan at Milan until the end of the season and while the Rossoneri have the option to make the transfer permanent, it appears they will allow him to leave at the end of the campaign.

Despite showing a lot of promise this term, Krkic hasn’t managed to nail down a regular starting berth at San Siro, having started just 5 Serie A fixtures this season.

With Roma unlikely to block Barcelona from taking advantage of the buy-back clause in the player’s contract and the Catalans not too keen on Krkic returning to Camp Nou, it would appear his future lies elsewhere.

Bojan isn’t owned by Barcelona, he’s owned by Roma. Barca has a buy back option with Roma that they can activate next year.

You are right Luis. The deal is so complicated that he is closer to being owned by Barcelona, but as things stand now, he is a Roma player. Thanks for pointing that out.
