Bolt ‘nervous’ about Australian debut

Sprinting legend and iconic Olympian Usain Bolt has stated that he’s nervous ahead of his potential debut with the Central Coast Mariners. The Australian club offered the Jamaican an indefinite trial period with the team, and it seems as if he’s on the verge of making his first appearance for them. Since retiring from athletics Bolt has made no secret of his desire to play competitive football, even training with major clubs like Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United.

Alas, many critics felt as if it’d never happen, but Bolt seems intent on proving the doubters wrong – but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t feel the same as any other ‘new kid on the block’ so to speak. One of the only real glimpses we’ve had into his football ability was during the Soccer Aid game,
