Bonucci linked with Chelsea switch

Chelsea are eyeing a move for Juventus centre-back Leonardo Bonucci as they eye a long-term replacement for John Terry, according to the Telegraph.

The defender is known extremely well by the Blues manager-in-waiting Antonio Conte after the pair worked together for three years at Juventus and continue to do so at international level.

Bonucci has been with the Serie A Champions since signing from Bari in the summer of 2010 and has so far racked up over two hundred and fifty appearances for the club in all competitions, scoring fifteen goals.

He has been part of the squad have won four consecutive league titles and is on track to land a fifth this season, with the Old Lady three points clear at the top of the table with nine games to play and they can be backed at a price of 4/9 to finish in first place come May.
