French giants Bordeaux are hot on the trail of Monaco midfielder Jeremy Toulalan, according to Le 10 Sport.
Les Girondins hope the arrival of coach Joselyn Gourvennec will mark the beginning of a new era for the club and they aim to seriously reinforce the playing squad in the summer transfer window.
With that in mind, Bordeaux have set their sights on Monaco star Jeremy Toulalan and they have already held initial talks.
Les Girondins believe the 32-year-old is still capable of performing at a high level and they are determined to bring him to Stade Matmut-Atlantique.
Seeing as how Toulalan is nearing the final stage of his career, Monaco officials are ready to let him leave if he expresses his desire to quit Stade Louis II.
Jeremy Toulalan returned to France following a two-year spell with Malaga and he went on to make 82 league appearances for Monaco.
