According to Sky Sports, the managerial position at Bordeaux is one of many options that Thierry Henry currently has on the table. The legendary French striker has been considering a move into management for quite some time, spending the last portion of his career as the assistant manager of the Belgium national team.
French outlet RMC reported that Henry had officially agreed to replace Gus Poyet as the boss, but now, it seems as if that isn’t the case after all. Henry’s credentials as a player are there for everyone to see, and as we’ve seen with Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard, it seems as if more and more players from that generation are deciding to make the jump into the managerial world.
The talks are ongoing as we speak as Henry gears up to make what could prove to be the biggest decision of his football career – one way or another.
