Talksport understand that Borussia Dortmund have ruled out a move for Alvaro Morata after deeming the Chelsea striker as too expensive.
The Spain forward moved to Stamford Bridge for a club record fee last season but failed to produce his best form, scoring just fifteen goals in forty-eight games in all competitions.
His below-par form saw him omitted from Spain’s World Cup squad and he will be keen to get back to his best though it remains to be seen where he will get the chance to do just that.
Prior to his switch to England Morata had a season at Real Madrid – his second spell at the Bernabeu coming after two seasons at Juventus where he won back-to-back league and cup doubles.
Chelsea finished a disappointing season by their standards in fifth place, and they can be backed at 4/6 to finish the 2018/19 campaign back in the top four.
