Borussia Dortmund host Werder Bremen in their final Bundesliga game of the season, which is also the last game for manager Jurgen Klopp. The long-serving coach announced his decision to leave Dortmund earlier in the campaign, as he felt he was no longer the man to take them forward, so his men are sure to put on a fitting show to give him the perfect send off.

Klopp will be a manager in demand, and his players will be keen to show off his fantastic work at the club all these years. Dortmund endured a slow start to the season, spending a short period rock bottom of the table near the mid-point, but have salvaged the campaign to be currently sitting in a respectable 7th place.

Three wins from their last five games sees them in good form to get a result against a stubborn side too. Dortmund lost earlier in the season to Werder, but have somewhat of an advantage given the visitors have dropped points in all of their last four away games.
