According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Borussia Dortmund are edging closer and closer towards agreeing a €25 million deal with Juventus for Emre Can. The midfielder has been linked with a move to Germany for quite some time now, and it appears as if the pieces are finally starting to fall into place for it to happen.
However, Tottenham could well cause a bit of a rift by entering themselves into the race late in the day. It doesn’t feel a little bit ‘too little, too late’ for our liking, especially considering they have a parade of other stars to pursue.
Can has already been able to prove himself across Europe, including in England with the Reds, and Dortmund seems to be the sort of fresh challenge that he needs to get himself back on track.
Either way, it doesn’t seem like he’ll be staying at Juve for too much longer.
