Borussia Dortmund could activate buy-back clause for Isak

Alexander Isak is setting La Liga on fire! The Swedish international is having an absolutely incredible season so far at Real Sociedad, after scoring seven goals and adding one assist in La Liga only, but he also has eight goals in Copa del Rey!

After making a move from Borussia Dortmund to the Basque side, now the German giants might opt for trying to sign him yet again. THe 20-year-old striker cost Real Sociedad just 10 million euros last summer, but Dortmund still have the option to bring him back to Germany. For that to happen, they would have to pay three times more and spend 30 million euros.

Considering Isak’s performances in Spain, that will not be a problem. However, there is a catch. Dortmund have 18 months to activate the buy-back clause, after which Isak’s release clause will increase to staggering 70 million euros for the final three years of his contract.
