Bundesliga powerhouse Borussia Dortmund has already started making preparations for life without Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The 27-year-old Gabon international striker has so far bagged 21 goals in as many Bundesliga appearances, but has already announced that he will be leaving the German club this summer, despite his current contract running out until 2020.
And according to the reports from German media outlet Sport Bild, the BVB have already identified their top transfer target they believe would be an ideal replacement for the Gabon hitman.
The candidate leading the list of potential names in the Olympique Lyonnais striker Alexandre Lacazette.
The 25-year-old French international is under contract with Ligue 1 side until 2019, but has also revealed he could be on the move this summer. The likes of Atletico Madrid, Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool have already expressed their interest in signing the prolific goal scorer, but Borussia Dortmund have stepped into the race.
Lyon are looking to pocket €60 for their star striker and Dortmund are ready to invest money they would receive for Aubameyang to finance the potential transfer of Lacazette to Westfalenstadion.
