Borussia Dortmund linked with Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg

Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, according to talkSPORT. The report has claimed that Tottenham are willing to offload Hojbjerg at the right price.

TalkSPORT has claimed that Dortmund, who reached the final of the UEFA Champions League last season, have to compete with Atletico Madrid for the services of the Denmark international midfielder, who has been on the books of Spurs since 2020 when he joined from Southampton. Hojbjerg made eight starts and 28 substitute appearances in the Premier League for Spurs last season.

Hojbjerg has made 254 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. The Denmark international midfielder has scored 12 goals and given 15 assists in those games. Spurs ended the last campaign fifth in the Premier League table with 66 points from 38 games, two points behind Aston Villa, who finished fourth and qualified for the 2024-25 UEFA Champions League campaign.
