They are great at not only finding talented players, but also finding those talented players that are not able to showcase their talents and are not getting enough playing time. Those players get unsettled and then decide to move to Westfalen, as Dortmund are the club that can offer them such playing time,

Could one of those players become Ferran Torres? Valencia’s winger is being targeted by Dortmund, according to Marca. The 19-year old has already been linked with a move to Liverpool and Barcelona, but now the Bundesliga club are looking to make the first moves to sign the Spaniard.

With Ferran Torres not playing enough at Valencia and mostly being a substitute that occasionally enters the pitch, Dortmund could use that fact to try and lure him to Germany. Borussia could wait until the summer of 2020 before they make a real move.
