According to a recent report from Bild, German giants Borussia Dortmund are now interested in trying to sign Celtic youngster Karamoko Dembele. The 16 year old has been turning heads for the Scottish champions, to the point where he’s been attracting a great deal of attention from around some of Europe’s top clubs. In addition to Dortmund, who have only just started to really pay attention, Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal and Juventus are all tracking his progress.
Celtic will want to keep hold of him for at least a few more years which, in truth, seems like the best next step for him. There’s plenty of time left in his career with which he can play for some of the top sides in the world, but keeping himself grounded with a high level Scottish club like Celtic could do wonders for his development.
Either way, this saga is only really just beginning.
