Borussia line up Hummels replacement

Borussia Dortmund have emerged as main candidates to sign Bayer Leverkusen defender Omer Toprak, according to Bild.

Bild has learned that Borussia have made Bayer Leverkusen’s Omer Toprak their number one target and they are ready to offer €20 million for his services.
