Both teams to score at Cardiff vs Swansea 4/6 for Sunday’s Championship showdown

Competition: Championship

Market: Both teams to score

Odds: 4/6 @ Bet 365

With Welsh bragging rights up for grabs this weekend, the Bluebirds will welcome their bitter rivals to Swansea to the Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Starting with the hosts, while Cardiff may have battled from two goals down to snatch an FA Cup replay off of League Two outfit Carlisle last weekend, the Bluebirds have continued to show some worrying issues at the back. Despite bringing in former Millwall boss Neil Harris back in November, they have won just one of their last seven matchups, a run that was highlighted by an embarrassing 6-1 hammering away at QPR on New Year’s Day. Also managing to record just a single clean sheet over the past five weeks, they have also failed to win any of their last three matchups in the capital and Sunday could prove to bet yet another lively encounter for Harris’ squad.

As for the visitors, hit with their own hammering away at QPR in the FA Cup last weekend and shipping five against the Hoops, Swansea find themselves in almost an identical position to their bitter rivals. Only just managing to keep hold of their top-six status after what was a bright start to life under Steve Cooper, the Whites have won just one of their last four appearances and have continued to show some glaring issues away from the Liberty Stadium. Including their thrashing in West London last time out, Sunday’s traveling support have shipped 13 goals in their last five matches on the road and we’re backing an abundance of chances at both ends this weekend.
