Both teams to score at Tottenham vs Manchester United 4/6 for Wednesday’s Premier League showdown

Competition: Premier League

Market: Both teams to score

Odds: 4/6 @ Bet 365

In what has all the makings of a lively encounter, a free-scoring Tottenham will make the trip to Old Trafford on Wednesday night.

Starting with the hosts, playing out yet another dramatic draw against Aston Villa at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still finds himself under increasing scrutiny. Now shipping seven goals in their last three matchups, a run that also saw them ship three against Sheffield United last week, the former Premier League champions open December down in ninth and a Champions League return is getting thinner by the week. While England international Marcus Rashford might be continuing to shine in the final third, United have remarkably recorded just a single top-flight clean sheet since the 14th of September.

As for visitors, after hanging on to seal yet another 3-2 win over Bournemouth in North London over the weekend, Spurs appear to have found their free-scoring touch since brining in former United boss Jose Mourinho last month. While Tottenham might still be struggling with some defensive issues and shipping a pair of goals in each of their last three matches on the bounce, the top-four contenders have bagged 10 strikes on their winning run and the mood in their camp appears to be on the rise. In a battle of two sides who have seen an abundance of chances at both ends, we’re backing yet another lively encounter at Old Trafford in midweek.
