Both teams to score at West Brom vs Derby 4/6 for Wednesdays Championship matchup

Competition: Championship

Market: Both teams to score

Odds: 4/6 @ Bet 365

Two of the leading contenders in the race for a Premier League return, Frank Lampard’s Derby side will travel to the Hawthorns on Wednesday night.

Starting with Darren Moore’s West Brom side, with Wigan ending their seven-match unbeaten run over the weekend, the Baggies boss will be demanding an immediate response. Now sat third in the table and potentially and opportunity to reclaim top spot, Moore will be looking for his attacking duo to carry on their very impressive start to the season. Between Jay Rodriguez and Newcastle loanee Dwight Gayle, the pair have scored 15 times for the Baggies. While they do now hold the best-attacking stats in the Championship, their defensive issues will be a problem. West Brom have now kept just two clean sheets in their last 12 outings.

As for the visitors, still boosted by their penalties win at Old Trafford last month, Frank Lampard’s Derby side are now unbeaten in their last three and have bounced back into the playoff positions. Coming off the back of a 2-1 win over Championship contenders Sheffield United on Saturday, Lampard will be looking for summer signing Jack Marriott to carry on his impressive start to life at Pride Park. The 24-year-old now has two in his last two and also bagged the winner against the Blades over the weekend.
