Both teams to score at Wolves vs Manchester City 4/5 for Friday’s Premier League matchup

Competition: Premier League

Market: Both teams to score

Odds: 4/5 @ Bet 365

In what has all the makings of a lively encounter on Friday night, Manchester City will make the trip to Molineux.

Starting with the hosts, battling from behind to snatch a 2-1 win away at Carrow Road last weekend, Wolves’ performances entering Christmas have impressed many across the Premier League. Aside from an extremely disappointing 2-1 defeat against Spurs earlier in the month, the Oranges have lost just one of their last 11 matchups, a run that stems back to the 30th of October. Also booking their spot in the knockout stage of this year’s Europa League thanks to a thumping 4-0 victory over Turkish outfit Besiktas, Nuno Espírito Santo’s men have also bagged at least a pair of goals in eight of their last 10 appearances across all formats.

As for the visitors, after avoiding an early scare to snatch a 3-1 win over a high-flying Leicester last weekend, Manchester City appear to be getting back to their best. While they might still open the Boxing Day fixtures down in third, Pep Guardiola’s men are enjoying a four-match winning run and are still shinning in the final third. Unsurprisingly once again holding the best-attacking record in England’s top-tier, the reigning champions have score 13 goals on their winning run. However, it should be noted, the former Barcelona boss has seen his side record just a single clean sheet since the 26th of October.
