Competition: MLS

Market: Bradley Wright-Phillips to score anytime

Odds: 8/13 @ Bet 365

Looking to close the gap on their cross-town rivals, The Red Bulls, led by two-time MLS MVP Bradley Wright-Phillips will face off against a New England side who are coming off the back of two defeats on the bounce.

Starting with the hosts, coming off the back of a 3-2 win over Sporting Kansas last time out, new boss Chris Armas has enjoyed a successful start to his tenure at the Red Bull Arena. Now just five points adrift of New York City, The Red Bulls have won three of their last four and along with boasting a stellar record at home, they will be looking for top scorer Bradley Wright-Phillips. With 12 goals already this year, the 33-year-old has now found the net in his last three home matches on the bounce.

As for former Premier League shot stopper and USA international Brad Friedel, while his New England side may sit inside the playoff positions, the visitors on Sunday have now only managed to pick up one win in their last seven. It will be their recent defensive issues that will be the biggest cause for concern, New England have shipped five in their last two and have recorded just one clean sheet since April. To make matters worse The Revolution have now lost four of their last five meetings against New York. Given their recent defensive issues, we are backing BWP to find the net at anytime.
