According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona forward Martin Braithwaite’s stay at the club appears to be coming to an end just a few months after he first made the move over to the Nou Camp.
Back when news first broke of Barca’s intention to sign him, questions were raised as to whether or not he’d be the kind of striker they need. The former Middlesbrough man has had a few bright moments here and there, but for the most part, the club’s eagerness to sell him makes sense.
A new era appears to be dawning at Barcelona, to the point where we’re expected to see a handful of notable changes during the summer transfer window. With the La Liga title being lost to Real Madrid, they’ll be well aware of the fact that they need to mix things up in they want to contend on all fronts next season.
