(GSM) – Fluminense manager Muricy Ramalho claims he has been offered the Brazil job but maintains he is yet to accept the offer.

Ramalho, who has won three consecutive Brazilian championships from 2006 to 2008, met with the Brazil Football Confederation.

But the Fluminense manager maintained that he still needs to speak with the club officials before deciding on his future.

“Nothing is decided because I still have a contract with Fluminense,” said Ramalho.

If he accepts the job, Ramalho will fill the void left by the departure of former Brazil captain Dunga, who left his post following Brazil’s quarter-final elimination at the hands of the Netherlands in South Africa at the 2010 World Cup.
