Brazil recovered from a goal down to beat an All Stars side 6-2 in their beach soccer exhibition match on Sunday.
Things did not start well for the South Americans on Boxing Day, however, as the All Stars side were given a penalty in the first period.
Daniel was adjudged to shove Madjer in the back as he went for the ball, with the Portugal star duly converting the spot-kick to give his side an early advantage.
But the lead did not last long, with Anderson levelling with a sublime volley from a quick corner.
And soon after the teams changed ends for the second period, Brazil were in front for the first time.
Betinho got behind the defenders and finished neatly into the bottom corner.
The All Stars side became sloppy following that goal and let Benjamin through to make it 3-1.
The fourth came with just under six minutes of the third and final period remaining, with Benjamin playing juggling the ball before hammering it past Russia goalkeeper Andrey Bukhlitskiy, who stood no chance.
It was five not long after, with Bruno getting free at the back post to nudge home.
The sixth and final Brazil goal was a much tamer effort, when Bruno’s second header snuck in at the near post – although the keeper should have done better.
Bukhlitskiy did make up for his error though – rolling the ball out before driving a low shot in to make it 6-2 with almost the final kick of the game.
