Brentford are ready to make a bid for Bologna defender Aaron Hickey, according to 90min. The Premier League club are reportedly planning to make an official bid for the former Heart of Midlothian left-back.

Hickey has been on the books of Bologna when he joined the Italian club after leaving Scottish Premiership club Hearts. The 20-year-old made 34 starts and two substitute appearances in Serie A last season, scoring five goals and providing one assist in the process.
