Brighton and Hove Albion are on the verge of signing Mohammed Kudus from Ajax in the summer transfer window, according to 90min. The Seagulls are ready to pay Ajax €40m (£34.5m) in transfer fees for Kudus, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger. The report has claimed that the Ghana international is now ready to agree personal terms with Brighton and complete the move to the Premier League outfit.
Kudus made 19 starts and 11 substitute appearances in the Eredivisie for Ajax last season. The youngster scored 11 goals and gave three assists in those matches. Kudus scored one goal in two UEFA Europa League matches for Ajax last season.
