Brighton and Hove Albion will sell Kaoru Mitoma in the January transfer window only if they get €60 million, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Brighton do not sell Mitoma in the middle of the season, but the Premier League club are aware of interest from clubs in Europe.
Mitoma has been on the books of Brighton since 2021 and has established himself as one of the best players for the Seagulls. The Japan international can operate as a left winger, wide midfielder or attacking midfielder. The 27-year-old has scored three goals and given two assists in 12 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League so far this season.
Brighton are doing well in the Premier League table at the moment and are in the running for a UEFA Champions League place. The Seagulls were backed to win against Southampton at home in the league on Friday, but the match ended in a draw. Fabian Hurzeler’s side beat Bournemouth 2-1 on the road in their previous Premier League match.
