Looking to close the gap on the playoff positions in the National League, Bromley will be looking to carry on their impressive form when they host a struggling Wrexham side on Tuesday.

Starting with Neil Smith’s Bromley side, after putting in another impressive showing in their 3-2 win over playoff contenders Flyde last weekend, few would have expected the Ravens’ recent turnaround. Now remarkably winning five of their last six matches, Smith will also be very impressed by the impact of former Forest Green striker Omar Bugiel. The 24-year-old has now scored four goals in his last six National League outings. Looking to secure a playoff position this season, Bromley will also be boosted by their recent record at the H2T Group Stadium. Tuesday’s hosts have now won their last four home matches on the bounce.

As for the visitors, while many had Wrexham tipped as a leading contender in the race to secure automatic promotion, Graham Barrow’s side have hit a worrying run of form entering the New Year. Coming off the back of another sluggish showing in their lackluster 1-0 loss to Dover last weekend, the Welsh side have now lost their last two on the bounce and their form on the road will be a growing concern for Barrow. The Dragons have now failed to record a single win on the road in their last five outings and haven’t recorded a league win on their travels since the middle of October.
