Turin-based media outlet Tuttosport claims that AS Roma are closing in on Torino full-back Bruno Peres.
The Giallorossi have long been hot on the trail of the Brazilian defender and they finally look set to reach an agreement with the player’s current employers.
Peres should join AS Roma on a season-long loan with an option to buy for €15 million, although the deal has not been agreed just yet.
In case the transfer is finalised during the day, the Brazilian could be registered for the Champions League clash against Porto, where the Giallorossi are 11/5 to win the first leg on the road.
Bruno da Silva Peres joined Torino from Santos two years ago and has since scored 6 goals in 65 Serie A appearances.
The 26-year-old was linked with Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Wolfsburg and Marseille, but it appears that Stadio Olimpico will be his next destination.
