Serie A side Cagliari have revealed their star midfielder Radja Nainggolan is on the verge of completing a switch to Juventus.
The Bianconeri have been tracking the highly rated midfielder for a while now and they seems to have finally agreed a transfer fee with Cagliari.
The 23-year-old was followed by a number of high-profile clubs, but he eventually opted for Juve.
“Cagliari have a moral agreement with Juventus director Beppe Marotta,” Cagliari chief Massimo Cellino told Tuttosport.
“My player was also left bewitched by the Bianconeri’s new stadium.”
The Belgian midfielder joined Cagliari on loan from Piacenza in January 2010 and the transfer was made permanent at the end of the season.
He has since become a key player for the Rossoblu and is currently regarded as one of the best defensive midfielders in Serie A.
The player, who scored one goal in 18 Serie A games this season, is priced at around €15 million.
With Antonio Conte desperately short of cover in the centre of the park, Juventus are eager to sign Nainggolan in January, but Tuttosport claims that the player will rather join the Bianconeri at the end of the season.
