Calhanoglu set for AC Milan talks

According to a recent report from Calciomercato, AC Milan are set to meet with Hakan Calhanoglu’s agent to discuss a new deal for the midfielder.

The meeting was scheduled to take place today with speculation growing as to where Calhanoglu’s future is going to lie. He’s played a significant role in getting Milan back to a point of relevancy in Serie A, but actually getting them to stay there for the next few years is what the club wants to ensure.

At the age of 27 he definitely still has a solid few years left in the tank of his prime but with Manchester United sniffing around, it could be understood if they wanted to try and cash in to secure a big sum for him.

Either way, until a deal is signed, there’s still going to be plenty of rumours as to what Calhanoglu will do for the next phase of his blossoming career.
