Cardiff City sign Bacuna

Cardiff City have completed the signing Leandro Bacuna from Reading, according to Sky Sports.

The midfielder, who can also play at right back has signed for the Bluebirds on a four-and-a-half-year deal after eighteen months with the Royals, where he played sixty-six times and scored five goals.

Prior to his switch to the Madejski Stadium, he spent four years with Aston Villa, racking up one hundred and twenty-nine appearances in all competitions and scoring eight goals while he began his career in the Netherlands with Groningen.

Internationally the twenty-seven-year-old has nineteen caps for Curacao while he has also scored an impressive nine goals for them.

Cardiff were beaten by Arsenal on Tuesday evening – their third defeat in four league games and a result that keeps them in the relegation zone.

Next up for Neil Warnock’s side is a visit from Bournemouth, with the home win priced at 19/10.
